Super WiFi’s multi-branch smart antenna technology delivers an improvement of more than 21 dB in antenna diversity gain over a single antenna access point. This significant increase in diversity gain and flexibility in link budget engineering can deliver 16 dB and 13 dB improvements in uplink and downlink link budgets, respectively, resulting in 10x longer range, higher throughput, and higher overall data capacity.
This superior Dual Polarized Antenna Design offers reliable and consistent performance for mobile clients by selecting and adaptively transmitting traffic to each client over the optimal beam for maximizing performance and range.
Advanced Interference Mitigation
Traditional WiFi can struggle when encountering interference from the surrounding environment or other wireless signals competing for band access or generating excessive RF noise.
With Altai Technologies’ advanced beam path selection algorithm for interference mitigation and auto channel select capabilities, Super WiFi delivers incredibly effective, wide-area coverage in the most challenging RF environments.
Altai’s interference mitigation technology also allows for Super WiFi equipment to be installed in very close proximity to other types of wireless radios without compromising the performance of either signal, making Super WiFi a cost-effective choice for cellular data offload.
AirFi Throughput Optimization Technology
Altai’s patented AirFi technology is an advanced wireless signal control algorithm designed to optimize network throughput capacity. By leveraging AirFi, Super WiFi optimizes the wireless bandwidth for high-speed and low-speed clients alike. This results in substantially improved throughput across the entire active user base. On average, networks realize 3x improvement in client throughput and a 2x increase in system throughput.
The Altai AirFi control algorithm automatically calculates the required bandwidth for each client, significantly improving overall performance and user experience. It also allows the administrator to set different capacity target levels to best suit particular use case scenarios.
